Our consumers want and have the right to know what they are using. We provide all information about ingredients we use in our products, and publicly release all test lab results.

Reduced risk products

We believe products that do not involve combustion and do not produce tobacco smoke are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking. We are committed to developing and bringing to market RRP that meet consumer expectations. We aim to help adult consumers make informed choices by providing factual information acquired through scientific assessment about the products they may wish to use.

Our long term success depends on acting responsibly in everything we do. This ranges from how we responsibly source all the raw materials, goods, and services we need, to the way our products are distributed and sold. Our approach to sustainability is very important, and managing our supply chain responsibly is a priority for our business.

Youth smoking prevention

Minors should not smoke, vape, or have access to any tobacco products. We are committed to playing a full role in youth smoking prevention, and our code of conduct, marketing practices, and operational policies are how we aim to achieve this.
